So independence, Brexit, immigration, all of those kind of issues.

Let's start with the S&P.

Carson, what are they saying particularly on independence?

Surprise us.

From previous episodes we have been discussing whether there were any surprises in the manifesto

and I can tell you that there is no rabbit out of any hat to see that line one, page

one of the SMP manifesto.

In fact, it has a complete page to

itself, vote SNP for Scotland to become an independent country. So the SNP say that independence

is a vital necessity for Scotland. If the SNP wins a majority of Scottish seats, then that

will give the Scottish government the power to begin immediate negotiations with the UK government to give democratic effect to Scotland becoming an independent country.

It says that that would strengthen the economy. It would help them tackle the cost of living. It would bring about a much fairer country. It says that that would strengthen the economy. I mean, to be clear, the democratic effect thing, that basically means a referendum at this point, doesn't it? It does. Yeah. I mean, we're not saying that they're going to immediately negotiate to become independent. It's to like, what can we do to make this legitimate to give voice to this vote.
