Yes, and just really quickly, I want to say happy spring to everyone because we are shifting

in this supermoon and equinox and right before we got on the air when we were

talking about how this it all of a sudden feels like things are getting lighter

and it's time for new energy to come in and set some new goals so I hope that if or people are entering fall in the

southern hemisphere. This has been really powerful energy these last couple of

weeks so I just wanted to acknowledge that for folks that might be thinking what's going on in my life.

Wow, things feel really different.
