0:32.3	So I said that you work at the L.A. LGBT Center.
0:35.4	Can you explain a little bit about what you do there? I named your
0:38.2	titles, but what do you do? So my job at Los Angeles LGBT Center is to manage a program that
0:45.7	deal with members of the LGBTQ community who are dealing with hate crimes, hate incidents,
0:53.3	harassment and discrimination.
0:55.5	So it's quite busy over there.
0:57.8	Okay, that's a big area.
1:00.5	Yeah, yeah, definitely.
1:02.1	We work with people in Los Angeles area, people from other places that are looking for resources
1:07.8	and people from other parts of the world also.
1:12.1	Wow. And is that part of the Trans economic empowerment project? No, actually no. That's a different program.
1:17.8	Oh, it is. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But sometimes clients that are looking for employment, clients that are
1:22.1	transgender and looking for employment at the same time, sometimes they're dealing with some kind
1:26.4	of discrimination and harassment.
1:28.3	So we combine services sometimes.
