Emotional foundations and realignments are coming up for review as Mars retrogrades in Cancer from January 6 until February 23, 2025, traveling back to 17 degrees in your chart. Mars, the Warrior, is now tasked with getting to the heart of what needs to be emotionally processed, purged, and trusted within in order to clear out very old unconscious imprints. Mars was previously retrograde in Cancer in 1992-1993 and 2007-2008, triggering Inner Child memories and what has been residing in your emotional core from family, parents, siblings, home environments, and your first attachment style needs. 0:05.9	discuss the energies of Mars retrograding cancer, which begins January 6th, 2025 as Mars retrograde reenters cancer at 29 degrees.
0:18.2	And we'll travel back to 17 degrees of cancer until February 23rd. This is when Mars
0:24.5	will then station direct. So during this Mars retrograde and cancer period, we have the energy
0:30.8	of Mars, the warrior, the aggressor, the fighter, the one that asserts himself and is associated with physical stamina,
0:40.0	action, desire, passion, how we go for what we want, how we move our physical bodies, and how
0:47.2	we face conflict, now being repressed and feeling held back in the retrograde energies of cancer. This is an uncomfortable Mars. This is a
0:59.0	Mars that doesn't know what to do with everything he's feeling. And there's a lot going on here
1:05.7	under the surface within that is being processed, churned through, and deeply felt. So we're going to discuss

1:20.7	and through most of February. In part one, I discussed Mars retrograde in Leo. Now as Mars reenters cancer, there's a return to
1:31.9	the internal world that can be quite unconscious, inconsistent, and highly emotional when
1:39.2	Mars is retrograde. Mars is comfortable moving energy externally, being able to do something in a physical sense.
1:47.6	Mars is typically good at moving us forward, at moving through feelings and issues, helping us
1:53.5	plow through the challenges of life, while also feeling stronger as we do so.
