How do we find deals? If a wholesale business is just simply, you know, finding great deals,

how do we do it? Well, there are three ways to find deals, all right? There are the freeways.

There is what we call outbound and inbound. So, let's talk about which ones work great for what.

As far as free goes, all right? Free Methods of getting deals would be the MLS. This would be properties that are on the market.
