I am so excited to kick off season seven with Kristen Johnson and Maria Klapps, who are the co-founders of the women's health and hormone education

practice, Wise and Well. That's also their Instagram at Wise underscore and underscore Well underscore.

Kristen is a board certified holistic nutritionist through the National Association of Nutritionals.

She's also a functional nutritional therapy practitioner, and she is a

recovering corporate attorney, is how she refers to herself. Maria Klapps is a certified health coach

through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a functional diagnostic nutrition

practitioner. That's the integrated program that I also went through. And together, they have just

developed a beautiful, beautiful deep specialty in perimenopause and menopause health. And they

have worked with a ton of their own clinical mentorships with multiple medical doctors. They've dug

into their own health. And that's really what got them started here, which you'll hear about in the episode.
