This week, I interview my friend Matt Diavella.

Matt is the director of the Netflix documentary Minimalism.

He's an amazingly talented filmmaker. He's also got his own YouTube channel where he's kind of using himself to experiment with personal growth,

self-help. He's doing some 30-day challenges right now. He quit sugar for 30 days. He did 30 days

of cold showers. He does some social media detoxes. I have, for some Godfors,

committed to doing 30 days with no coffee and no caffeine with him.

I'm a little squeamish about it, but I already said I would, so I'm going to do it.

To say that Matt is a YouTuber isn't quite doing him justice, he's got the chops to do film

anywhere he wants, and he's chosen to make content for himself to help other people.

He also hosts a podcast called The Ground Up Show, which his latest interview is with Gary V,

Gary Vaynerchuk. You'll also find me on his show. We'll put a link to that one below.

create your
