Well, well, well, it's been a while since I've been on social media and kind of given a full snapshot and share of everything that I've been up to and where I'm at with things.

And I figured today would be a great opportunity after hitting a really key milestone in my hospitality journey yesterday

to give you guys an update on everything that's going on in my world.

One, because I've got some big goals and some big dreams that I'm going to need your help

and assistance with.

And I want to share some appreciation for a lot of the people that

have been on this journey with me. So as many of you know, I bought my very first hotel in 2019.

And while I thought, you know, it was going to be a lot easier than it was, being that a hotel

is not just a passive income or investment, it is a living, breathing organism, it is an active

operating business within a real estate asset.

There were a lot of failing forward moments in this journey. And the beauty of this process, while I thought I was going down with the ship in 2020,

and it ended up being one of the greatest runs for hotels over the course of the next few years

that has really been seen in many decades, I learned that I absolutely love hospitality.

Not only do I love real estate investing and kind of the benefits of owning a real estate

asset, right, the depreciation, cost segregation, the cash flow, all the benefits that you get

with traditional real estate, but I really learned that I love hospitality.

I love creating experiences for other people.

I love creating experiences for myself and my family to participate in.

I love to travel.

I love to employ people and to manage and to create opportunity for others.

I love to make an impact in the community.

And this really checked a lot of those boxes.
