2017 has just been so good so far. Are you guys having a good year? I'm having a great year.

I'm down to 171 pounds. That's five pounds. I lost five pounds in two weeks

perfect. I'm eating lots of salads. I've been making my own Thai soup, making

Hamilton, Ontario, which is only about 30 minutes from where I grew up. And up here in Canada,

the Arcals are a big deal. They just headlined two sold-out seated shows at Massey Hall, which is a super

iconic venue in Toronto. They've got at least two number one songs on the radio. They've

been nominated and won Juno Awards which is like the

Canadian Grammys so they are doing awesome and Max is a super super nice guy.
