But first, I am going to do a little check-in here,

which I sometimes do with regular listeners because they've been hearing me talk about

the dilemma I face as a parent, as I'm sure many other parents out there are facing,

of whether or not to send our kids back to school in two weeks.

And even in the last week, since I last spoke to you about this,

they already made a change to the plan.

Last week, they were still planning to have the younger kids, K through five, on a five-day week,

basically full-day schedule. And then they were doing the middle school kids on a hybrid,

two days a week in school, three days a week at home remote. But in the last week, they made a change.

I'm not exactly sure why that happened.

I don't know if there was some kind of uproar,

but they made it so that the K through five kids are now also on the same hybrid model.

So half the kids go Monday and Tuesday,

the other half the kids go Thursday and Friday.
