0:42.9	Abi is one of the authors of an influential paper on developer experience metrics, and we'll let him talk about that.
0:58.4	He's also the founder of a company called DX, which is really, it's a unique product, I think, that assists with surveying developers and displaying and analyzing metrics from the delivery process.

1:20.0	I'm a programmer, researcher. I'm currently the founder and CEO of DX, where we help organizations measure, improve, understand productivity.
1:28.9	I've spent about seven years in this developer productivity space ever since I first became a manager, and then then started a former company focused on developer analytics, which was acquired by GitHub, and then at GitHub,
1:33.9	focus on this problem internally for a number of years. So spent a lot of time in this whole
1:38.6	developer productivity problem space too long, I'd say. So excited to unpack some of that
1:43.5	today with you guys.
