0:46.5	And since then we have been friends down in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, which is where I'm coming from right now.

0:57.0	but I'm at the camping grounds deep in the swamp in Louisiana, my good friend chef John Falls.
1:05.0	So let me give you a little introduction about him.
1:08.0	We're going to talk about how the Catholic faith, how his faith has really been a part of forming who he is today.
1:14.4	And I can tell you that is absolutely true.
1:17.2	He's become a real best friend in my life and really enjoy being around him.
1:22.4	He opened, let me tell you this, he's from St. James
1:25.2	Parish in Louisiana and he is known as a restaurant owner, television host,
1:31.9	leading authority on Cajun and Creole cuisine, and I know it's way beyond that.
1:37.0	In 1978, he opened up Lafitte's Landing Restaurant in the historic Viala Plantation House.
1:45.0	He'll probably correct me on that in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
1:49.2	He introduced Louisiana indigenous cuisine to Japan to Beijing, Hong Kong, Paris.
