Dr. Van Hooser is research professor of systematic theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and the author

of many books, including but not limited to, faith-speaking understanding, hears and doers,

a pastor's guide to making discipleship through scripture and doctrine, and the book we are

discussing today, Mere Christian Hermeneutics, Dr. Van Hoosier, thanks for jumping on.

I think that JT. and I have discussed the impact of your work on this show about as much as we have discussed anyone. So it's like a real treat to have

you. I just, JT. and I have been theological collaborators along with Jen for a long time. And I can

discipleship, on how we think about doctrines
