Akshaut wrote a book recently called Climate Capitalism, a title I initially found a little bit off putting, I'm not going to lie, unfettered

capitalism has been a major fuel to the fire of global warming for years, so I tend to be a little bit skeptical about suggestions

that capitalism is going to solve the climate crisis. But in both his book and in this

interview, Akshaut injected some nuance into that conversation that's kind of been missing for a while and I felt like it was important to share.
