Hey y'all, this is kind of long, so I'll just get into it.

I live in a small rural area in southern Indiana, and I was told this story by the local historian.

In the late 1800s, the area where I lived was a small bustling railroad town.

In the early 1900s, it was decided that the railroad tracks would be moved to the edge of town near the new highway.

In the process of building the new tracks a man fell and rolled down a steep hill and broke his neck.
