Thank you for coming on my man. Hey, thank you guys for having me man

Who everybody's drawn to that title share your scare that such the issue a share your scare

all of us has had if we are admitted a few scares in our lives

And I think sharing those scares and how you keep moving past them

I think that's big man. It's been big inspiration the stuff you guys are doing so I'm glad to be here

Thank you, man. Yeah, I feel like you know people can relate to other people's scares

And it helps them feel not so alone, you know, it's because everyone goes through something different and at one point in their life at least

They've had something that's pretty terrifying happen

Absolutely and guys, I firmly believe in this in slow literary project

You know about how to see your way to a championship and what I do

I give you six C's that if you rehearse these C's in your in your day to work

You'll end up in championship rope and the second C is courage

That's why I love this you know first make sure you're called to do what you're doing the second C's courage have courage

And in order to share that the height of having courage I have to dig down in the depths of fear
