This week I spoke to Michael Singer.

The conversation with Michael meant a lot to me.

So if you know Michael Singer, it might be because he's the author of the Untethered

Soul and the Surrender project.

He's new book living untethered beyond the human predicament is out on May the 10th.

He's one of those people that become famous because of Oprah Winfrey, but he's the

real deal.

When I had my first conversation with him on Under the Skin, which is obviously available

if you want to listen to it, I realized that I was talking to someone that found their

own way to awaken in enlightenment.

I know that's what interests you.

How can you be free of the mechanisms of suffering that operate within and around you?

What was great about this conversation, and we had to be sensitive about it, is that

while I was talking to Michael, I was literally in the middle of feeling a bit challenged

around something.

So I thought, I'll take this opportunity to speak to Michael Singer, who is an awakened

soul, and tell him what I'm feeling.

Michael helped me address those problems.

The bit where he talks about letting go of pain is fantastic.

Anybody that's ever suffered pain, so that means everybody will benefit from this episode.
