Well, that led to a brainstorm in the Geekwire office about compiling a recap of

Glenn Kelman's greatest quips. And of course, as with many things these days, I got to thinking about

how I could use AI to my advantage in doing that. So I uploaded several years of Redfin's earnings

transcripts to Google's notebook L.M.

And I asked it to find the most colorful, fun, and entertaining quotes.

With some additional prompts and curation, I was able to use the AI to quickly come up with
