You're getting bucket bucket. with Billy Scofuri. We're playing the name game, I'm here. Yeah, this is one of those silly ideas that started off as a joke and we just kept riffing to the point where we had to record

this episode and it already feels polarizing even though you know this isn't like the biggest podcast on the internet I just feel like there's going to be

blowback from this there's going to be support there's going to be hate and I'm looking forward to it.

What kind of support and hate are you expecting what specifically what are the notes you expect to hear? I think people will be like what is this this is so off base you guys aren't even talking about basketball and then our fans will come rushing back and say, you know, yeah, that's what I like about

the show, that it's not just X's and O's, it's not just who I think should win the sixth man of the year.

This is the buckets difference. Yes, you and I were

texting yesterday trying to come up with the episode topic and you said what if we

remix names where we take the first name of one player and last name of another and see what poops out on the other end.

And I thought to myself, and that's buckets.

And we often start with stupid ideas like that, and then like we riff for five minutes and we say,

okay, we should not do that

let's make it something else but then we kept going and going and going and it

just made us laugh and laugh and laugh and then at a certain point they weren't even

names of players the NBA we were just giggling at the idea of yeah I don't know do you

remember some of the last name that does not exist in the NBA landscape.

But it was just, that's when you know that a joke has gone to just like

hallucination laughter stage.

Where it's like everything is funny to me.

So hopefully it's still funny today.
