Hello and welcome back to Sociology 101.

Today we're going to be talking about Mormonism being confronted by Calvinism.

In the particular video that we're going to be watching was just posted at the

Sociology 101 Facebook page.

And yes, it happens to be James White.

We're not really confronting James White.

As I've said, I've tried to make the rule of not really confronting James White unless

he brings us up.

And he didn't bring us up in this clip.

This is really posted by Apology Studios.

But what I wanted to do in this confrontation was really just demonstrate how Calvinism in general, whether

it's represented by James White, Jeff Durbin, or any other Calvinists for that matter consistently,

has an unfirm footing in my estimation when confronting false beliefs and false doctrines like

Mormonism. And this is illustrated really well by this interaction.

And this interaction was actually recorded by Apologia Studios and placed on

YouTube, which is what we're going to look at.

But then a follow-up article was created by this 18-year-old Mormon,

where he puts, reposts this video, puts it verbatim, a script of the

entire conversation on his article, and then makes a very seemingly sound philosophical argument

as to how Calvinism fails in confronting him in his belief systems.

And I think he actually makes some valid points, which is why I want to confront this.
