and just kind of talk shop about mortgages. Yeah, no, thanks for having me. But we saw that video that Dana did, but I can't think

of the other guy's name right. Francis, yeah. Francis, and I'm like, okay, these guys are talking,

they are not giving out any, you know, valuable information, just talking about buying a home,

so I forwarded it over and said, said hey why don't we dive a little deeper

and here we are yeah no it's great because you um the the process you go in head first yeah right

there's no like you make it you made it easier for us obviously but how many times you buy home

in your lifetime yeah Yeah. Right?

I do it every day.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure.

I mean, I was just talking to a 28-year-old couple down in Missouri buying their first home, right?

They called me last night at 8th. They have to shopping around.
