Miss This. We're so happy that you're here. This is our scripture study

podcast if it's your very first time. So we just

move through the Book of Mormon right now. We're jumping into the book of Alma

today and happy summer everyone. Summer is upon us, it's here, which probably means we need like a little sermon on summertime Jesus.

I always try and like say something about this in the summer because summers are crazy, you know, like your schedules are out of whack and sometimes you start to feel bad that you're like, you know, your fall habits like and schedules just don't work as well in the summertime. You know, like everyone's gone and you want to have

scripture study and I just want to say give yourself a ton of grace and do what you

can to connect with the Lord and strengthen faith throughout this summer. It just

might look a little bit differently and don't be discouraged by that just like

Whatever your habits can end up being through the summer that's okay. Just do the very best you can and then and then in the fall when school starts again You can make all new goals and then in the fall when school starts again you can make all new goals

and everything.

But I do think that I think that like Jesus shows up differently in the summertime.

I think so too.

That's why I called it summertime Jesus. And he really does and like I think so too. That's why he called it. Summertime Jesus. And he really does. And like I think that you see that in camps that you go to and like

campfires and you see that like he just shows up different. He's still gonna show up,

it just might look different. Yeah and there's a chance to have some unique

Circumstances where you were like oh, we can be people of faith outside of like our school and normal work lives and schedules right like that we just it's

great it's I think it's a great time to connect with the Lord so don't be

discouraged be encouraged by by the experiences that you can have.
