This is an extraordinary story on the cover of the book. You see this beautiful young actress Dolores Hart kissing Elvis Presley.

What do you mean mother Dolores Hart? So tell us mother Dolores Hart. Where where are you in life today? We know that you were in Hollywood some years ago and I want to get into your story.

But right now, where are you in life? Right now I am at the Abbey of Regina Lotus and it is in Bethlehem, Connecticut.

And it's a contemplative community and was founded in 1947 by Mother Benedict Duss. And I came here when I was in between my going from here to there in movies.

I came here in 1959 and really got to know the place is my home. And I think at a certain point after really having done 11 films and one stage show and a few TV things, I had the feeling maybe

that I didn't know what to do except my boyfriend asked me to marry him. And I knew I had to make up my mind and done.

That all focused. Yeah. So we talked and he said, you decide what you're going to do. And I came here and talked to mother Abbey of Regina and it was the long involved little story.

But it's funny well that my going home with the instructions of how to in six months get rid of everything and come here for life.

But this is so huge. I mean, we have to unpack this story. It's amazing. You are a big deal in Hollywood and up and coming starlet as I said earlier paired with Elvis Presley Montgomery Clifft with I mean, all the greats.

And you chose at a rather young age. How old were you when you entered?
