very much for downloading the Scotland Outdoors podcast. I'm Mark Stephen. You know, sometimes

you phone up an automated phone answering service and it says something along the lines of.

We are currently experiencing higher than average volume of calls.

Well, this podcast is actually built from the live radio program that we do called Out of Doors and BBC Radio Scotland.

And we are currently experiencing a higher average of calls, texts, emails, Facebook comments, you name it.

There's heaps of stuff coming in. and it seems a pity to waste that.

So for the duration of this lockdown, what we're doing is building the podcast directly out of the live program.

This is what we've got up to this week.

I'm not sure what this is. I think it's week five of lockdown and I think it's fair to say that standards are slipping.

I'm Mark Steven. As you know, we broadcast from the car park in BBC Aberdeen and the front of the building's got smoked glass in it so it acts like a mirror and daylight today.

And I just caught sight of myself and really I should be pushing a shopping trolley full of empty bottles and traffic cones, son of it, shouting at people.
