Do you remember the moment when you learned to ride a bike for the first time that crazy

crazy forward motion and lateral balance speed and joy.

That moment for me, that will always be etched in my memory.

And if I shut my eyes I can still see, like little me, standing out on this enormous blacktop playground and I'm afraid a little bit

scared my parents are telling me I've got this but you know like I'm not so sure but I also

remember being determined because I saw the potential of where I was going right

I could see what lay ahead it the minutes in between that the gap

That was uncomfortable to me I thought about the skin knees I thought about the crashes the frustrations but at some point I said it was worth trying

Last month we had to come to you our community and ask for help the diariesaries, you know, on so many levels, we're thriving.

We're still getting new listeners, we're telling great stories, we built this incredible

community, but on the other hand, we are struggling due to realities of giant changes and trends in media landscape, things we don't have control over.

I won't lie, it was super scary to us to say that we weren weren't sure whether we'd be able to keep this going.
