Feeling each fiber of my being completely surrounded by unconditional love, which at that

point, like I had so little self love that that was exactly what I thought you needed.

Just really being careful to watch what they would do, why they would do it, the effect

they would have, and start to pull some of those pieces into the way that I facilitate

and sort of, over that time, that has blossomed into what I now do today for ceremony.

Yeah, I mean, that's been a piece of, like, just bringing intentionality into sex and

feeling more comfortable to speak about that.
