purpose and clarity and

I saw one of my friend called me and he said hey man. I want to sell my house

So I go to their house and list their house and I put it on the market and he called me and he said hey man

one of my friend want to buy my house

Can you write it up no problem and

And then I met his friend his friends say hey my credit shot. Can you maybe put it in this guy's name

So I told the guy go get pre-approved and when you get pre-approved and if you can buy it

I have no problem writing it up the guy got pre-approved right and and you know back then you can do state alone right with 25% down

No credit no problem right
