0:45.7	So now kind of looking back, how much do you see was the inner growth, your own no more avoidance, and even overcoming your own, I heard you say,
0:57.2	imposter syndrome in the past. Now I hear you speaking like this, and I'm like, there's no way
1:01.1	this woman has imposter syndrome. So what is that? And I'm sure that's what a lot of listeners want.
1:05.4	They're like, I don't want that feeling anymore. So how do you actually do that?
1:13.4	You know, I will give credit where credit is due. Very early in my journey, I listened to a podcast with Ed Milet and Jen Gottlieb.
1:20.6	I don't know if you know, Jen, but she wrote the book Be Seen and she talks a lot about
1:25.5	putting fear in the front seat. Buckle up, carry it with you, take it with you, do it anyways.
1:31.1	And I held on to that in the beginning when I did feel like an imposter.
1:36.9	I did feel like I don't know, I don't know what this is going to be like.

1:44.4	and new businesses or whatever, taking, elevating, pivoting, whatever you want to call it, I always
1:50.7	carry fear with me in the front seat. I do. And anytime I walk into a room that I am, you know,
1:57.5	butterflies or I'm, you know, my palms are sweaty. I literally just say, Lord, give me the words, give me the clarity, you know, calm my mind, calm
