Acts 15.

We've been talking about the discussion in the first century that took place between the early church fathers.

Sometimes it was more than a discussion.

Sometimes it was an argument and got rather heated.

And in fact, I'm sure that happened many times.

Probably happened even after Acts chapter 28 on into the latter part of the first century,

going into the second century, there have been contentions about how to teach Christianity and how to present Christianity.

And those contentions are going to go on until Jesus comes.

But it's in our interest and basically in my leading, I have been led to present the gospel over the years as being unqualified. The gospel

is without qualification. That is to say, if you're safe in Christ, everything after that is

totally secondary to the fact that you've been saved.

You are a new person in Christ,

and don't let anybody tell you that you have to jump through hoops in order to get more of Him or more of the Holy Spirit

or more of anything,

because the moment you're saved,

you've already got as much as you're ever going to get.

Now, how you use it is between you and God.

But what you got, you got every bit of it at the moment of your salvation.
