medicine and medicine is food. At least it's supposed to be. One mom is trying to

bring attention to this on social media by showing how she cooks for her kids.

Of course it's not without its controversy. This spring an Instagram blogger named Gretchen

made a viral reel sharing her

homemade goldfish recipe. Eight million views later with everyone from dieticians

and the today show chiming in the internet decided that she was was a mom shamer who needed to be held accountable.
