podcast you've came a long way you've now started your own podcast it's doing

well really well near nearly 100,000 followers, subscribers.

Not just in this 18 months we've done the

podcast but we've also grew a friendship a bond and we've stayed close which is

important especially in this day and age brother but how are you? I'm good mate. I'm glad that we're

here under different circumstances from the first one which was very dark very

heavy. It opened Pandora's box, but it was a necessary box to open just to send a message out there to people watching that.

If you have been through a similar thing or you're going for a similar thing

if someone like me can come out shamelessly and actually with a sense of pride and say, hey, this is wrong, this happened to me, I want to speak about it.

If I can pass that bat and a strength to somebody, I will do.

I feel like men in this world, if they're going to make it in life to the end,

you've got to have a purpose and I know that that's a cliche and if you go on

Instagram you're gonna see every motivational speaker talking

about your morning routine and a purpose and you know but it's fundamentally true.
