Two years now so it must have been like two years ago. It was a while ago. Yeah and And you were like, oh my God, of course I'd love to. And then I remember like a year later I saw that you like got a pot. I was like, okay. I remember reaching out to you actually. That's what I remember. I think I was like, oh, I would love to have you on. I don't know. I feel like we kind of went back and forth on the DMs.

I was like, I love obviously like you like spreading the PCOS awareness, but it's like we're literally like what you do but it's the number one thing that girls ask me about in terms of like podcast content. I mean some girl

messaged me yesterday which was like so sweet and she was like I just got

diagnosed with PCOS like what should I do first and I was like I don't even know what like

because I was like do I type this all out and then I was kind of like I always just say like type it into

Tik-Tok and almost like see what works for you I guess when I was like your

workouts the food like the cortisol don't be stress you know you're just are like

and that's a lot on the other and to get a message back because I do this like I did the same thing and they feel like oh I was just diagnosed where do I start and it's like I could type you a literal novel but that's one of the reasons that I started like sharing my journey.
