Alexis is the member of the infamous blingring

and was arrested at the age of 18

for her involvement in a string of burglaries

that targeted the homes of celebrities.

Her story drew a slew of media attention

most famously in the controversial Vanity Fair article, which was later adapted into the film

Ling Ring by Sophia Coppola, which also inspired a new Netflix docueries that actually released this week called

the real blingering Hollywood heist. During the filming of her reality show

Pretty Wild Alexis was actually secretly battling a heroin

addiction after facing up to six years in prison Alexis finally got sober

she's now a mother Ad a doula, wife, or ex-wife, I should say, writer and mental health advocate and hosts

her own podcast recovering from reality.
