I feel very excited to talk about narcissism.

It's definitely a buzzword, right?

It's in some, it's like there's not one person listening to this

that I'm sure does not have experience with the narcissist.

So I want to know first and foremost before we get into the incredible information

you have to offer all of us, you know, how you got into this work, because clearly came from like a personal experience.

Definitely.

What were you doing before and how did you like get to this point in your career?

Yeah, good question.

So part of understanding narcissism, I feel like you have to have personal experience.

Because I feel like if you don't, you can be kind of judgmental, not intentionally.

And so how I started is like I basically got my marriage

and family therapy license I didn't really know what niche I wanted to get into I

was working with children I was working with children, I was working with teenagers, adults, and at some

point I got caught in a narcissistic relationship. The irony, right? Because I'm a therapist and I was collecting my hours, but the thing is they don't teach narcissism in school.

It's just kind of like a footnote in a book. You're just kind of skimming through it.

I went to see Sun? You know what I'm saying weird that

they wouldn't be more because it is something that I feel like creates so much

trauma for people. Right, but it was like 10 years ago. Yeah. And it wasn't really talked about back then.
