Well welcome to go! In honor of Mark because I can kind of yell. But apologies for the lack of an episode last week. I had a medical procedure done last week, so that kind of put me in the back burner and then Mark hadn't slept for a while while so he needed the rest.

So that's why there was an episode last week.
