It's the end of week one of free agency. Not the end of the NFL season, not the end of all free agency, just week one of free agency. We're going to recap some of the news that happened this week and give out our favorite free agent fits and team fits and all that good stuff it's going to be a lot of fun some

the teams some sneaky signings that we like maybe some bigger signings we like and me because i can't

help myself i just went with the whole team's signings because i just couldn't narrow it down to one i

just can't help myself but to help me do all that it's my guy charles macdonald who has his

voice back and is finally home he is

it's like as soon as i got back from uh you know my my dear friends marcelle louis jac got married

this weekend miami uh it was a great time. I got back.

I finally got to get some sleep as I'm sifting through some of these expenses. My car doesn't

get suspended again. And I got hit with the, you know, it's getting warmer here in New York.

So I got hit with a little allergy this morning, but I'm being so brave about it.

You know, I'm just trying to have like one smooth day where, you know, I'm not exhausted.
