Hello and welcome back to another episode of End of the Lion Heart.

Today I'll be talking to Naya Baracos. Naya has a mission to educate and empower

entrepreneurs and leaders with the right skills and mindsets they need to become wealthy,

primarily using the tools of real estate. Naya was an immigrant from the legendary island of Sparta

and Greece and as a young woman she made great deal of money in jury kiosks before transitioning

to investing in property. But initially she actually lost a lot of money in real estate before

she worked at a brilliant strategy of using owner financing to buy property with little to no money

down. Now I've sold several hundred million dollars of real estate and very few of my deals have

been with owner financing. Of these they have had some creative aspects but not even close to the

degree of some of Naya's deals. She has developed an amazing niche and I'm really looking forward to

course most people listen to this know about the legendary warriors from Sparta from the movie

300 and you were talking about when you first came to the US so I'd love to start there if we

could because it was so tough. You came as a teenager, different country, different language.
