Everyone else, what's up? How's everyone doing? And when I ask that, I'm not asking in reference to any larger political situations that we're facing.

I'm interested in how you're doing in your immediate mundane circle of life.

And if you're a yoga teacher, how are your classes going?

Do you have classes?

Are people attending those classes? Are you feeling like the practice you're having with people is meaningful to you and the people who are in attendance?

Or are you meeting expectations to a degree where you feel that that may have been sacrificed?

And is anybody making a living at yoga teaching anymore?

I imagine some people are like it's a gray area as to what that might even mean.

If you've been around, you know I've been talking about things coming round again

and the feeling that there's a crossroads soon ahead.

And I was reflecting on that this week and also feeling like I should probably mention

some recent news and sort of controversy that's been brewing in the yoga world,

specifically within the Ashtanga yoga community.

And it's sort of been going on for a few weeks, and I've just haven't really mentioned it,

have kept some distance from it, because it involves a school and system that I'm not really

part of, and I know people who are part of that community and they're

grieving the loss of their teacher. I did mention that Sherat Joyce, the head or leader of the

Estanga Vinyasa school, passed away quite unexpectedly a few months ago.

But I haven't said anything else since then.

And there has been like a whole bunch of stuff brewing.
