2:20.5 | grieving the loss of their teacher. I did mention that Sherat Joyce, the head or leader of the |
2:29.1 | Estanga Vinyasa school, passed away quite unexpectedly a few months ago. |
2:35.1 | But I haven't said anything else since then. |
2:37.4 | And there has been like a whole bunch of stuff brewing. |
