culture. What I can do is change my interpretation and the way I respond to it. We're storytelling

machines. We go with the best story and we remember the fact that it's the most memorable. I think we're

in a world of people just acting out their trauma in the culture without the self-awareness.

Narrative of the culture is the enemy creates more anger and fear. And we have enough anger and fear in the world right now. We make up a lot of stuff. And then we hold on to the things we make up. And then we

in life usually. What's your counter? I'm probably like super introverted though like I show up as

extroverted. Maybe I'll try to think about that.

1:12.3

Well, you do enough self-help and like work on yourself. I think that's what struck me the most

1:16.6

when I was diving in and learning more about you outside of what anyone would presumably

1:22.2

know just from on the surface. Yeah. Because I was like, wow, you're like very introspective.

1:27.6

1:32.5

what is the thing I want to work on next? And not as a project. I just think like one of the

1:36.2

purpose of life is to is to just unburden yourself involved the baggage that you were handed

in childhood, you know, and kind of be free. And it really is true,
