1:25.2 | But if our brain is used to it, if our brain has been doing things that way for a long time, |
1:30.6 | then our brain assumes that that is what's safe because it's predictable and it is kind of familiar. |
1:37.3 | This is so important to understand because often we get stuck in thought patterns we can't change, |
1:43.1 | in feeling cycles we can't get out of, in behaviors |
1:46.3 | that we really wish we could stop or behaviors that we wish we could start. |
