So it is almost February, which means it is almost Black History Month. And in line with that, Apple has unveiled its 2025 Black Unity collection. So that's wallpapers for the iPhone and iPad, a watch face for the Apple Watch and a watch band for the Apple Watch. This year, it's the Sport Loop that's gotten the Black Unity treatment with a what apple calls a unity rhythm sport

loop woven in a pattern of raised and recessed loops to create a lenticular effect where it's

green on one side of each loop and red on the other then apple says when the band is worn the

colors appear dynamic shifting from green to red as you move your

wrist around. And they say, the color yellow appears in the transition as if by magic.

It's a magic Apple Watch band. But honestly, it does look pretty good, I think. It's the best

Black Unity Apple Watch band, I would say, since, what was the solo,

braided solo loop year?

You know where they had like the speckles?

Uh-huh.

The speckles of color.

I really liked that one.

And I think this is probably the best one since then.

Yeah, because they had like the rainbow one, but obviously it was different colours, right? And then they did the thing where it's like,

everyone's unique because it overlaps in, you know,

they've merged the porruthane together to make this unique other band

and every single one, which they did on the pride bands as well.

This one's probably the more,

less, like, less out there design they've done, right?

Because it's just like stripes.

Yeah.

But yeah, I think it looks pretty good on the watch band at least.
