Yay, okay, so since this is the new year,

I think we should get into the resolutions of it all.

I have to say, I kind of love this topic

because I am like both extremely anti-resolution but also like adamant about like ritual and

good habits. I'm really curious about where y'all fall on this like Jake who did you have any

resolutions for this year?

Okay, so I'm not calling them resolutions.

I don't know.

Maybe it's a game I'm trying to play with myself.

But I do have goals and it's a mixture of like things I want to try and also like activities I want to do.

So I have this list of goals pinned as a note in my iPhone for me to return to with a checklist.

And then I also have, like my vision board this year is a Pinterest board.

And then I made a widget on my phone for it.
