Starting off in the land of liberation, Derek, tell us about this risk of a U.S.-Aran conflict.

Yes, we may be liberating Iranians from the burden of having a functioning country, I guess.

There's been a lot of chatter of late, and I felt like we should talk about it here, about the possibility of a U.S. military escalation vis-à-vis Iran.

And to just recap where we are, Donald Trump several weeks ago sent Iran a letter, sent the Iranian government Supreme Leader Ali Khomeini, a letter kind of asking him to consider negotiations over a new nuclear deal. You may recall Trump tore up the last nuclear deal in 2018 during his first term.

He wants to do another nuclear deal that I guess he would consider better than the one that Barack Obama negotiated.

It would probably not be objectively better, but he would think of it that way because he did it.
