Thank you so much. So I've actually been following you on the grant for a really long time.

Probably almost a decade or close to that. But wait before any babies or anything. So I feel like

I've like watched you like go through my many life stages. Yeah. No, honestly. I mean, that's what's

fun about social media. You can, you know, be following someone's life. I mean, it's kind of creepy

in a way. I mean, it's totally normal now. It's normal. Yeah. It's like a norm. Yeah. But I mean,

it's kind of the same for me on this, on the show that I'm on that people watch me grow up or

watch me through life stages as well. And just on TV. Yeah. Different. I mean, I'm excited to be here.

I love your podcast. I think what you stand for, what you talk about is like things that all

women need to hear. So I'm excited to just like get into it with you. Thank you. I appreciate that.

You've had a crazy, crazy transformative year that I also very much relate to. I listened to one

of your recent podcasts and you described yourself as a Phoenix rising from the ashes, which I just

love that entire metaphor or like Kaleesi in Game of Thrones where she burns, but she still rises,

you know, Mother of Dragons. You and your mother of little dragons as well. So for everyone that
