Hey all, it's Amber. This is somewhat an impromptu minisode. I want to share my new endeavor with you. I want to share with you that I've been writing again. But first

although okay now I can't find it. See I'm still too new to sub-stack. Okay here it is. This is what it

says when you land on the page, bone blood, milk, and marrow, exploring the

mineral matrix from which we are born, the matrilidial

mitolinial mitochondria we inherit and what it means in an age of rampant metabolic dysfunction,

memories of my mother and hopes for my daughters and all women.
