let's do it in terms of headline grabbing ones first. Should we care about the sugar tax? Is it a terrible

I think it is largely sensible because if it fails to stop people buying

sugary drinks, you've got money raised for investment in school sports. I think

it was a smart political act to

hypotheate the revenue so it's not just going into the Treasury into a

black hole it's clear what it's going to be spent on and if...
