Hey everybody, welcome to the Dream Big Podcast.

This is like Young Life Edition. I'm so delighted to have Newt Krenshaw on the

podcast with a new welcome. Thank you very much Bob. I'm excited to be on the

podcast with you too.

Oh my gosh this is just such a fun confluence. We're like new old friends

because we run in the same circles and the impact for those of you that have been listening

or read any of my books that Young Life had in my life was just immense.

But Newt, the reason that we're on today is that you have not only taken this leadership

role with Young Life, this worldwide organization.

I hope you'll tell us a little bit about as people are becoming familiar with it.

But then also you've got the Relate Project and I wish you'd tell us a little bit about that.

So for the people that haven't met you just yet,

tell us a little bit about who you are,

because I knew of you first is this,

like, go for a guy who had a sincere faith

that had like a really important job in the business world and then you made this

transition because you have a life of sacrificing commitment to say I believe that we have a message for

Gen Z and other kids. Yeah Bob thank you for that and and I do think we are and we've

been running in circles like you stated that are very similar and overlapping and

I've been involved in young life for a long time. My first introduction to young life was back between my junior and senior in high school
