Hello, everybody, and welcome back to another episode of NerdSoup, I'm Bo Oliver, joined

here today with Aaron, the NerdSoup Monkey, and we are here to review part 6 of the Obi-Wan

Kenobi series, the series finale, and I thought they saved the best for last.

It's amazing what a solid finish can do for your show.

I've obviously had my problems, I thought that the show overall has been a bit inconsistent,

but this was, I think it's as close as it's gotten to greatness.

And a lot of it hinged on the Darth Vader and Obi-Wan match-up that we've been waiting

for the entire series, or since they announced the show, and they nailed it.

It was like the best of both worlds when it comes to Star Wars fights, where you have

the cool choreography, they're using their powers, the force, the sabres, but there's so much

emotion behind that fight, and that's why the new hope fight always was, I always viewed

it favorably, because it was more about the tension and emotion between them, and that

was present in this fight as well.

So like I said, best of both worlds with these two characters, I don't know, Aaron, what

did you think about this episode?

I think the past two episodes were the best of the season, I would agree with that.

They really just play off each other so well, it could just be one big episode, and this

whole series could be a movie, and cut out a lot of the fat, but overall I think it was

a very, I had fun with this series, I had my problems with it as well, but yeah, I mean

this is what we wanted to see this whole time, and some of the lead-up wasn't the best

to this moment, at least a moment it's self-delivered, because there's that fan film on Twitter
