Well, basically, we wanted to do this

because we, you know, Rachel and I finished the podcast

almost a year ago, can you believe that's kind of weird I know and we felt and we realized there were still I mean it's a never-ending

discussion with a show that has this much nostalgia and this much love for the show.

So we figured that instead of it, we're not, this isn't a redo of the podcast in any way.

This is kind of like just a cherry on top of that

Sunday just something a little bit more you know Rachel and I really celebrated the

show will continue to celebrate it here but now with the book out there's some other things you know some you know maybe
