the famous Cecil Hotel located at 640 Main Street, Los Angeles, California, 9,00014.

I am sure most of us have heard of this hotel. Those of us who are American Horror

Story fans have definitely heard of this hotel and seen the parallels, but there are a lot of people that don't know

about this hotel, and I think I might have some new information for you, and since it is,

spooky season, well, let's just jump right in. So the Cecil Hotel in downtown

Los Angeles is known for its violent history, quite lawless, lots of murders, death suicides, and the presence of serial

killers. The hotel has also been described as one of the most haunted buildings in the country.

However, whether the hotel is haunted or if the mystery surrounding it are just

urban legend is a matter of debate. So let's go all the way back, all the way back.

The plot upon which the Cecil Hotel rests was agricultural until the 1870s when railroads arrived

and paralleled the Los Angeles River.
